The first ISIA constitution was adopted and approved by ISIA. members at the January 16, 1993 Annual General Body Meeting.

The constition was updated to include amendments approved by ISIA members at the April 9, 1994 and February 26, 2000, Annual General Body Meetings (AGBM) and Rev 1 was issued.

The latest issue of constituion is Rev 2 which includes amendments approved by ISIA. members at the February 22, 2003 Annual General Body Meeting.
